※Make a phone reservation in advance and purchase at the ticket office within the ticket purchase deadline. Inform the staff that you want a set with the express bus reservation.

Depending on your boarding date and service, purchasing express bus tickets and other facility admission tickets separately may be cheaper. Please note this in advance.
Senjojiki Cirque Online Reservation (Digital Ticket)
As of October 2025, the “Komagatake Senjojiki Cirque Ticket” cannot be reserved or purchased online. You need to make a phone reservation and purchase at the counter (Shinjuku Bus Terminal).
Below, we’ll introduce you to the digital tickets that can be completed via your smartphone.
For express buses from the Tokyo area (Shinjuku, Hino, etc.) to the Komagane area, make reservations and payments (purchases) through Highwaybus.com. Be sure to select mobile ticket as the ticket type. *Web tickets require printing on paper in advance.
After that, purchase digital tickets for local buses and ropeway below.
Local Bus & Ropeway Digital Ticket

A digital ticket that includes the route bus (Komagane Station / Suzuran-dori / Nyotai Entrance / Suganodai Bus Center ⇔ Shirabidaira) and the ropeway can be purchased on KKday.
Buy it online and simply show or scan the QR code when boarding.
Purchase now – cancellation is free until just before departure!
You can also cancel right up until just before departure, free of charge!
